VCSP Wisdom Workshop

The FIG Volunteer Community Surveyor Program is holding its two-day wisdom workshop titled 'Sustainable Solutions for Land Based Community Problems: Tools and Modern Approaches' on 29-30 January 2021.

The Workshop is primarily steered by the FIG Young Surveyors Network (YSN) to equip young surveying professionals and interested volunteers with soft skills necessary to volunteer their knowledge for the creation of a better society.

The training will cut across 2 days, giving young surveyors the opportunity to learn first hand on “Community Problems, Land Tenure and Tools for Land Management '' on Day 1 and “Building Capacity and Implementing Modern Land Management Approaches” on Day 2.

The FIG Volunteer Community Surveyor  Program was founded in 2017 and is a powerful driver for both social impact and professional development. It leverages on the skills, experience, talents, and education of young surveyors, and matches this competence with the needs of its partners.
